When
calling Committee Members, simply introduce yourself as an independent dealer
with the FIADA and ask that your message to support SB 1182 be passed along
to the Senator. That’s it!
More
Talking Points on SB 1182.
Most every office keeps a running tally
of constituent calls for or against legislation and this will help make
FIADA’s voice for independent dealers heard loud and clear.
Thanks in advance for your participation!

DMV Electronic Notice Alert:
The Division of Motor Vehicles began emailing dealer license renewal notices to independent, wholesale and salvage dealers and to auctions on February 12, 2010. The department is utilizing email instead of USPS to communicate with dealers across the state. This cost effective measure saved tax payers approximately $5,000 this renewal period. If you have an email address on file with the department and did not receive a renewal packet, please contact your local DMV Regional Office to obtain an application and update your email address. If you do not have an email address, there are several free services available. We encourage you to obtain an email address to receive future communication from the department.
